At Justlo, the safety of our users – especially minors – is our highest priority. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, promoting, or creating any material that depicts or implies child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Attempting to contact minors for grooming, manipulation, or any inappropriate purpose.

• Creating user accounts by or on behalf of individuals below the minimum legal age.

• Any sexualised or inappropriate depiction of minors, even if not explicit.

Violations will result in immediate removal of content, permanent suspension of the account, and – where required – notification of law enforcement or child protection authorities. We use both automated detection systems and trained moderation teams to monitor the platform.

Age Verification & Access Control
To prevent misuse, we enforce strict age verification protocols during registration. Users who do not meet the required legal age are blocked from accessing any platform features. We use a combination of:

• Government-issued ID checks (where applicable)

• AI-based pattern recognition

• Regular manual reviews of suspicious accounts

Reporting & Moderation Tools
Users can report any inappropriate content, behaviour, or messages directly within the app. These reports are:

• Promptly reviewed by a dedicated support team trained in online safety and abuse prevention

• Supported by automated alerts and behavioural analysis that flag risky or suspicious activity

• Handled transparently – users receive updates and feedback regarding their reports

• A 24/7 moderation team, trained according to EU child protection standards

• Real-time filtering of explicit messages and images, including automated nudity detection

• Integration with global watchdog databases (e.g. NCMEC – National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)

• Ongoing staff training and regular policy updates in line with best practices and legal requirements

• A Code of Conduct that all users must accept upon registration
